Creating Health 6 sessions, Tuesdays, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Instructor - Jane Dennell RN Creating Health & Wellness is a six-lesson program developed by Deepack Chopra, M.D. for the purpose of achieving physical, mental and spiritual well-being. An integration between the principles of modern science and the world's timeless wisdom traditions is presented in an exciting way to discover new possibilities for enhancing health.
Magic of Healing 8 sessions, Tuesdays, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Instructor - Jane Dennell RN "The Magic of Healing" is an 8-step exploration of mind body interaction. the course was created by Deepak Chopra, MD and Davic Simon, MD of the Chopra Center. You will investigate the nature of consciousness and its expression into emotions, thoughts, desires and actions. Attending this course will help you understand who you are, your true nature and how to create health and harmony in your life by balancing your mind, body and environment.
Primordial Sound Meditation The whole course is completed in 4 sessions over one weekend starting at 10:00 am each morning. The instructor is John Close RN/RYT. Primordial Sound Meditation is an easily learned technique which can utilized effectively for stress relief and in depth relaxation which results in improved health and quality of daily life. This meditation practice originated in the ancient teaching traditions of India and is not associated with any religion. Deepak Chopra M.D. revived this authentic process and made it available in a format that can be easily learned and enjoyed by everyone. The instructor is a Certified Instructor of IPK. Introduction to Yoga 11 sessions, Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Instructor - John Close RN Through the practice of yoga, body, mind and spirit are integrated. A sense of well being, balance and flexibility are created. Amrit Yoga postures will be combined with breathing and movements which will bring control to your body and peace to your mind. Classes are Ongoing
Intermediate Yoga 11 sessions, Fridays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Instructor - John Close RN/RYT Amrit Yoga - an introduction focuses on the integration of breath and movement and a step by step progression into balance and flexibility. Intermediate Yoga will utilize the same style with a steady progression into confidence ability using advanced poses and breathing techniques. Advanced Yoga 11 Sessions, Wednesdays, 7:00 - 8:00pm. Instructor - John Close RN/RYT. Pre-requisite: Intro to Yoga class or other yoga training. Classes are Ongoing.

Our Pre-natal Yoga Program is taught by Jody. She also teaches All-Levels Yoga on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:00 pm.
Eating for Health - How & Why 4 sessions, Tuesdays, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Instructor, Jane Dennell RN Present day nutrition as routinely practiced falls far short in supplying our bodies with the nutrients required for health and disease prevention. This 4-lesson course will supply participants with the knowledge of how to eat for health and wellness and explains why we are presently suffering from nutritionally created health problems. Enrollment is limited to 15, so please register early.
