Natural approaches to wellness have been an integral part of Jane’s everyday life. Her Grandmother was the recipient of a full spectrum of healing knowledge that was passed down to her by her Mother, who was taught by her Mother, who learned much of her healing art from the Native Americans and the Afro-American farm workers who were their neighbors in the remote areas of Kentucky and Virginia where Jane’s forebears farmed and lived.  Jane’s Grandmother recognized Jane’s interest in herbal therapy and was always available to teach, explain and answer questions.

After Jane went through nurses training and received her RN it became a matter of coarse to treat all ills by suppressing symptoms and using drugs.  It worked too and she saw many wonderful outcomes.

As she stood at the bedside working with her gravely ill patients in Intensive Care Units (I.C.U.) she used to ask herself, “Why couldn’t we have kept this person strong so he could get over this problem quickly without this extended suffering?”

She remembered the wonderful creative responses that she had witnessed with herbal therapy and decided to reintroduce that approach back into her teaching and approach to wellness.  With in depth knowledge of herbal therapy, use of supplements and a full understanding of drugs, she is able to help each person she counsels to formulate a safe and therapeutic approach to using all three approaches to obtain positive health responses safely. She
provides all clients with ongoing support.
